Milk Pie

A traditional recipe with Fresh Koukakis Farm Milk inspired by Mrs. Olga Koukakis


  • 2 liters Koukakis Farm full - fat fresh milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 ½ tea cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ tea cup olive oil
  • 1 cup 200g Koukakis Farm full-fat Greek yoghurt


  1. Beat the eggs.
  2. Add salt and milk and whip
  3. Once the mixture is combined, add slowly the flour to make a thoroughly combined mixture.
  4. Heat the oven at 230 degrees and bake the pie for 1 hour until it starts taking a golden brown color.
  5. Served cold, accompanied by yoghurt on the side.
