- 2 liters Koukakis Farm full - fat fresh milk
- 4 eggs
- 2 ½ tea cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ tea cup olive oil
- 1 cup 200g Koukakis Farm full-fat Greek yoghurt
- Beat the eggs.
- Add salt and milk and whip
- Once the mixture is combined, add slowly the flour to make a thoroughly combined mixture.
- Heat the oven at 230 degrees and bake the pie for 1 hour until it starts taking a golden brown color.
- Served cold, accompanied by yoghurt on the side.
