1. Beat the eggs in a bowl
2. Add sugar, milk, and vanilla in a pot
3. Mix over medium fire and add the eggs
4. Remove from the heat once it starts boiling, and add the semolina
5. Add 100g butter and mix until thoroughly combined
6. Fold a filo dough and cut it into 3 pieces
7. On the edge of each piece add a line of the mixture and then fold in rolls
8. Place the rolls in a pyrex
9. Melt 200g of butter in a pan and afterwards butter the rolls
10. Bake at 160 degrees for 40-50 minutes
11. Για το σιρόπι, ρίχνουμε σε μια κατσαρόλα όλα μας τα υλικά, ανακατεύουμε
12. For the syrup: Add all the ingredients together in a pot, mix and boil for 10 minutes
13. Syrup the galaktoboureko rolls while they are still hot

Serving:

• On a plate serve the galaktoboureko rolls and garnish with cinnamon
