Salad of Kythera

Create a refreshing homemade salad with the velvety texture of Koukakis Farm Greek Yoghurt

Ingredients:

  • 400g Koukakis Farm Greek yoghurt
  • 80ml olive oil
  • 50ml vinegar
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 green pepper
  • 6 pieces of tosted bread
  • Parsley
  • 2 tbs. mustard
  • Tomatoes
  • ½ Cucumber
  • Oregano
  • Salt & Pepper

Implementation:

  1. Chop the tomatoes
  2. Chop the cucumber
  3. Chop the pepper
  4. Chop the parsley
  5. Add the yoghurt, in a bowl
  6. Add olive oil, vinegar, mustard, salt, oregano, lemon juice, and mix

Serving:

  • Spread the pieces of toasted bread on a plate
  • Garnish the tomatoes, cucumber, and pepper over the bread
  • Spread the yoghurt sauce
  • Finally, add chopped parsley for garnish
